Gavin was raised in Stockport, England. He played semi-pro in the UK and has been coaching club and high school soccer since 1994 in California, Nevada, Florida, and Illinois. He has been a Rapids coach since 2003. Gavin, his wife Alison and 3 children live in Elmhurst.

Cat was born in Galati Romania. He has a BS in Physical Education and Soccer from the University of "Dunarea de Jos, Galati," Romania. He played professional soccer in the Romanian II Division for 6 years. Cat has been a teacher and coach of various high school and semi-pro teams in the Chicago area. He has been a Rapids coach since 2002. Cat lives in Forest Park.
Razvan Brumar, Staff Coach USSF Nartional D License
Razvan was born and raised in Sibiu, Romania. He has a BS in Economics from the University "Lucian Blaga" Sibiu, Romania. He played college, 2nd and 3rd division professional soccer in Romania for 10 years. He has been a Rapids coach since 2006. Razvan, his wife Ramona and their newborn son Daniel live in Morton Grove.

Hernan was born in Evanston, Illinois. He was a four year starter at Aurora University where he is still the all-time leading goal scorer. He then went on to play for Chicago Stingers/Sockers winning two national championships and also played for Chicago Fire Reserves. He has been coaching since 1994 in college, high school and club soccer programs. Hernan, his fiancé and two children live in Chicago.

Doug is currently one of the Men’s Assistant Soccer Coaches at Dominican University. He is Director of “Paws Goalkeeping Academy” and has been coaching since 1991 in both high school and club soccer programs. He played Division III soccer at Kishwaukee College and played competitive men’s soccer at various prestigious soccer clubs.

Marsha has a BA in Psychology from Illinois State University. She is the current Women’s Head Soccer Coach at Concordia University and has been coaching since 1997 in diverse high school and club soccer programs.
Tomasz “Tommy” Hunka, Staff Coach
Tomasz
has a BBA from Elmhurst College. At Elmhurst he was a four time “All Conference First Team” and also made the “All Region Team.” He played competitive youth and men’s soccer in Europe. He has been coaching club soccer and various soccer camps since 2004.
